All ingredients of recipes in this category follows Dr. Sarah Ballentine’s – the paleo mom – protocol, based on her book The Paleo Approach. Her approach is similar to the Paleo protocol, but it excludes nuts, starches such as tapioca and arrowroot flour as well as eggs for 6 weeks or longer, depending on the individual.
