Steak and Shrimp Scampi is a super quick and easy meal. If you love garlic, this recipe is for you. There is lots of garlic in it and we love it for its antiviral and antibacterial properties. We make sure the beef we consumed is from grass-fed sources and a farmer we trust. As for your shrimp, it’s safer if it is sourced in the US, due to our strict regulations on farming and trawling. Steak and Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
- Beef fillets - 1 lb sliced
- Shrimp - 6 jumbo (raw, shelled and chopped)
- Garlic cloves - 4 minced
- Ghee or Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Garlic salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 2 Tbs fresh and chopped
Instructions
- In a cast iron skillet sauté ghee and minced garlic in medium-high heat until slightly golden.
- Add the beef and brown it lightly (approximately 5 minutes).
- Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add to your favorite pasta.
- Serve.
