Low Histamine

These recipes are design for individuals with histamine intolerance. Histamine is the key chemical produced by the body when it has an allergic reaction. In most individuals histamine is quickly detoxified by gut enzymes but for a person with histamine intolerance either the production of histamine is too high or the detoxifying enzymes are low.
